I’m trying to send a personalized review-request image through a GHL workflow using NiftyImages.
The customer’s first name works correctly in the SMS text, but the personalized name on the image comes through blank.
I also tried using a Custom Value for the image URL, but GHL gives me an “Invalid format, Twilio may throw an error” message.
Has anyone set this up successfully in a GHL workflow? What am I missing?
