Cliff’s Notes intro post
I’m still building out the group. There will be a lot of content dropped in the first 60 days or so. Members lock in whatever rate they had when they joined (so long as there is no “lapse in coverage”). Join early to get the best value. How things work here. 1️⃣ This group assumes you already have preferred experts in your pocket (a creator who teaches meta ads, your favorite people to teach you social media, someone that knows video editing - if that’s what you want to do, etc.). • I am not an expert in those things; I don’t teach those things. I’m an expert in systems thinking and operations management. I teach that, applied to their expertise. I found that many times they’re so familiar with their craft that they overlooked the micro-pieces that are critical to sitting down and executing their tasks in one go. • If you don’t have the bench of specialists that you want, there is a section in the classroom where I share MY favorites (people I’ve personally used their products and love/recommend them). 2️⃣ the foundational products are free, participate to unlock them more free stuff , or upgrade to unlock tools you would otherwise have to wait for. On points …💎… you tend to get more engagement when you include a gif with your reply, so that’s highly encouraged It just so happens think in outdated movie references and old memes/gifs, so you can expect them from me as well.

3️⃣ (START 3/3) What we don’t do here
🪖 Things We Don’t Do Here Nobody joins Invisible Links because they need another course. People join because they’ve become really, really good at preparing or getting things done to 80% (yay!🎉) And really inconsistent at finishing.🫠 So here are a few things we don’t do here. ❌ We don’t change directions every week. You probably have more than one good idea. That’s okay. For the next 14 days, we’re pretending only one of them exists. The others will survive. ❌ We don’t over engineer systems we don’t even have a start date for. Until you can organize your current brains, you don’t need a second brain yet. We don’t write SOPs for processes we’ve never performed. We don’t buy software to solve problems we haven’t experienced. First, do the thing. Then, document the thing. Then, improve the thing. Then, automate the thing. Systems are supposed to reduce future effort, not become a substitute for taking action because we are building a system. ❌ We don’t buy things to avoid making decisions. A new course. A better microphone. A prettier template. Another AI subscription. Sometimes these are investments. Sometimes they’re receipts from strategic procrastination. Be honest with yourself. ❌ We don’t plan for our ideal week. We plan for the week we’ll probably have. The one with interruptions. Kids. Travel. Unexpected meetings. Low energy. And dishes. ❌ We don’t call preparation progress. Research isn’t progress. Organizing folders isn’t progress. Watching videos isn’t progress. Progress is something that exists outside your head. ✅ What we DO do. We celebrate: Publishing a landing page. Sending an email. Making a decision. Reducing scope. Documenting a process. Asking for help. Admitting you avoided something. Trying again after disappearing for three weeks. Nobody here expects perfection. But we do expect movement. Small movement counts. Ugly movement counts. Late movement counts. Let’s become people who reliably finish things.

🎮 How The Community Works (and how to get the most out of it) Welcome aboard. Before you disappear into the Classroom and emerge three weeks later with color-coded notes and no deliverables, here’s how this place works. ——————————— 📚 Classroom This is where the tools, prompts, workshops, and systems live. You do not need to complete everything. You do not need to binge-watch modules. Start with: ✅ Clarity Blinders ✅ Time Reality Check Implement something. Come back to the community area and tell us what happened. Go back into the Classroom when you need something specific. ——————————— 💬 Community Feed This is where most of the value happens. Post: ✅ What you’re building ✅ What you’re trying to finish ✅ What got in your way ✅ Screenshots ✅ Questions ✅ Small wins The more context you provide, the better feedback you’ll receive. ——————————— ⭐ Earning Points Skool rewards participation. You’ll earn points for things like: • Posting updates • Commenting on other members’ posts • Receiving likes • Helping people solve problems • Showing up consistently Think of points as evidence that you’re participating, not as the goal itself. ✨⭐️🌟The goal is still to ship something. TIP: memes, gifs and genuine connection get more points. —-> And give likes, they’re free. 🏆 Levels & Unlockables Some resources, tools, and bonuses may unlock as you participate. This isn’t meant to punish lurkers. It’s meant to reward the people helping build the community. ——————————— 📞 Live Sessions Most live sessions are free for everyone. Paid members receive access to replays. —-> Anyone can suggest topics, ask questions, and request hot seats. ——————————— 🚦Behavioral Expectations Be a nice person. Be encouraging. Be specific. Assume good intentions. Celebrate progress. No unsolicited pitches. No cold DMs. No disappearing after dropping a link. And if someone admits they’ve spent four hours redesigning their Notion dashboard instead of sending an invoice…Be kind (keep in mind, Many of us are recovering perfectionists and former course collectors.)

1️⃣ (START HERE) Welcome Post
Welcome to Invisible Links 🎉 Glad you’re here. Seriously. You’re one of the first members which means you get to jump the line and have me help with your specific hang-ups first. **Here’s the plan** Members tend to NOT need much more information to do whatever-it-is-they’re trying to do. They tend to be prepared. Maybe even over-informed. But they still haven’t done it. You may need help: • figuring out what to do next with what you have • sorting overwhelm with a lot of open loops • clarifying your highest leverage actions & feeling confident focusing is not “putting the other ideas at risk.” • estimating what you can actually finish with the time you have • turning ideas, notes, courses, and half-built projects into things that exist in the real world • shipping before perfection Here, we use military operations management principles to ensure your business moves forward, with a strong foundation you can use to scale or sell later. I will support you in this with: ✨Complete workflows ✨Pre-work & “What’s next” guidance, so you never sit down to start a project not being able to do so. ✨AI tools ✨Task-Focused Dashboards 🔮 this group isn’t about “teaching” business, it’s about getting clarity, taking consistent action, and implementing sustainable systems. ***That’s what we’re doing.*** Not chasing trends. Not collecting more templates. Not pretending you’ll suddenly become someone with 40 free hours a week. Just helping you consistently finish things. **Below, tell me what you’re currently working on but hitting a roadblock with. If you know the problem, name it ( “I don’t know what to do next” ) & I’ll try to help you solve it.

If you’ve spent hundreds of hours building an online business
But sold next to nothing, this group is for you. It’s for people who probably know enough (or at least have all the courses, guides, etc) they could build a business 3x over. But they haven’t. This is not a “business training” community. This is a clarity, systems & ops group - where we optimize and automate execution. Starting with single-focus clarity. If you’re willing to try on OneThingAtATime focus, welcome 👋🏽👋🏼👋🏽👋🏼 🎁 please - Introduce yourself. Tell us where you’re from & anything about what led you here - about the businesses/ideas you’ve been kicking around for years, or the one you’re most excited about <——- self promote here! ✅ Finish it off with GIF of how you were feeling about them all before you found this group. I’ll go first: I’m from Connecticut USA, but joined the Army right after High School, so I’ve lived all over. I retired from the Army, but I’ve been studying business (for fun and for school) since high school. After retiring, I went for an MBA and started operations consulting - focus on installing and automating processes for small service-providing businesses.
