100+ Outreach Attempts, Zero Progress What Should I Do Next?

Hey everyone, I need some advice regarding outreach and choosing my offer.

Initially, I was confused about what service to offer. Sometimes I considered AI automation, and other times I kept switching between different ideas.

Then I remembered Charlie Morgan's advice: talk to business owners first to understand their problems before deciding on your offer.

So, I started reaching out to business owners through emails and WhatsApp, asking if they could spare 10–15 minutes for a quick conversation about their business and the challenges they face.

I've sent 100+ outreach messages and emails so far, but the results have been disappointing. Most people haven't responded, and the few who did simply said they weren't interested.

Now I'm confused about what to do next. Should I keep doing outreach, or try something different?

I'd really appreciate your advice on how to move forward. 🙏
