Something I have been learning while exploring AI automation is that businesses do not always need more technology
Sometimes they just need a better way to handle something they are already doing
Before suggesting an AI agent or automation I think it is worth asking three simple questions
1. How is this task currently handled
2. What part of the process causes the most frustration
3. What would actually improve if we solved it
These questions can reveal whether the business needs AI automation a simple workflow or just a better process
I think understanding the problem should always come before choosing the technology
This is also something I am keeping in mind while building Bizlance which aims to connect businesses with independent AI service providers who can help solve real problems
Curious to hear from people building AI solutions
