Welcome to The Legacy Performance Project. This is a coaching community, not a content page. You lead things. A business, a ministry, a team, a family. You're capable in every room except this one. You already know what to do. You've read the books, downloaded the apps, started the programs. And you keep starting over. That isn't a discipline problem, and it isn't a knowledge problem. You have an awareness problem. Nobody ever showed you how to see what's actually happening in your week, so you kept applying effort to a picture you couldn't see. You will eat food every single day of your life. The plan has to work on your worst days, not just your clean weeks. You don't need a calmer season. You need a system that holds inside the one you're already in. That's what we build here. STEP ONE. DO THIS TODAY. Go to the Classroom tab and open Start Here. Short, self-paced, and it gets your tools set up. Don't read ahead. Don't wait for Monday. Just start it. Then Foundations, where the eight Pillars get installed. Both are free. Both are yours right now. STEP TWO. FIND OUT WHERE YOU ACTUALLY ARE. Open your dashboard and take the Readiness Assessment. It asks about your metabolism, your mindset, and the methods you've already tried. It hands you back your starting numbers and your Read. Your calories, your protein floor, your steps, and the one thing actually standing in your way. Then book your Readiness Consultation. It's free, and it's where I tell you your best next move. Some people leave that call and go run Foundations. Some want their nutrition built for them and are ready for coaching. Some need to see what their own genetics are doing. I'll tell you which one you are instead of letting you guess. The two pinned posts under this one explain those last two. COMMENT BELOW. Where you're from, and this: if your health finally stopped being the one area you keep starting over on, what would that actually change? I read every one of them. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS Everything here runs on the Legacy Performance Operating System.

THE COMPLETE NUTRITION SYSTEM
A meal plan only gets you to one goal. Get rid of nearly every decision you need to make around nutrition for $497 one time. You've probably had a meal plan before. It worked for about six weeks. Then your goal changed, or your schedule did, or you hit the number on it and had no idea what came next. So the plan went in a drawer and you went looking for the next one. This is why meal plans don't work. That's not a willpower story. A meal plan is a to-do list with an end date. It was never built to still be right six months from now. This is. WHAT IT IS Everything in this community is you running the system yourself. This is me building it for you. - A nutrition system that adjusts itself as you move through Lean, Strong and Sustain, instead of one set of numbers that goes stale - A custom meal plan built off the food you actually eat. Seven days, three interchangeable options per meal, so you're never eating something you don't like - The restaurant and fast food guide, with real numbers from the places you already go - Cronometer, included - A sit-down build call where we put it together and I walk you through running it And the part people miss. It doesn't expire. Once it's built, you can rebuild your own plan in the dashboard, forever, at any phase, at any goal. Right now, and 50lbs from now, you know exactly what to eat, how much, and you still get to eat at your favorite restaurants. That's the difference between buying a meal plan and owning the thing that makes them. WHO THIS IS FOR You know roughly what to eat. Your problem is that your plan dies the second your week gets hard, and you've never had numbers that move with you. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR, YET If you've never tracked a week of food, start with Foundations first. It's free, it's in the Classroom, and the first skill in it is the one this is built on. I'd rather you spend nothing and build that than spend $497 and not be able to use it. THE DETAILS $497, one time. Paid in full, or split it at checkout with Klarna or Affirm.

How Will You Spend Your Last 100 Days?
On Wednesday, September 23, there will be exactly 100 days left in this year. I'm going to use them. I'm on my last day of a trip for a worship conference in Orlando. Completely unintentionally, one of the themes of the conference was "remembering". Remember where we came from, what God has done in our lives, and to let that be the fuel that drives what we do to make an impact on the lives of the people around us. I came home with two things I couldn't shake. The first is how many lives change when one person finally gets their own house in order. The second is that nobody does that alone. So here's what I'm doing. For the last 100 days of the year, I'm going to lose my next 15 pounds. I've learned over the years is that the way I teach best is by doing, so i'm getting back to that. I'm going to do it out loud, step by step, right here, every week. Through Thanksgiving. Through Christmas. Through another vacation in October. The exact stretch of the year where most people say, "I'll start fresh in January." I said that for years. I sad that when I was as heavy as 242 pounds. I've done keto, carnivore, Whole30, fasting, and every supplement with a label on it. I know exactly what it feels like to start over for the tenth time. So I'm not going to pretend I found something magic. There is no magic. There is only the work. But what I develop for people is designed to make the work simpler. Here's the whole plan, stated plainly. Minimum of 175 grams of protein a day. 12,000 steps a day, on average. Full-body strength training, four days a week. And a low dose of tirzepatide, 2.5 to 5 milligrams a week, prescribed and managed by my provider. I may add another peptide to help with visceral fat mobilization, but that is TBD. I'm telling you that last one on purpose. It quiets the food noise, which is what I need help with. It makes sticking to the work easier for me, but it's not a solution. It was never the reason it works. The protein, the steps, and the training are the reason...
