Automation is not delegation
Most owners do not need another tool. They need a recurring result to happen without supervising it.
My test:
- The trigger is clear.
- The required input is available.
- The output is measurable.
- Approval limits are defined.
- Only exceptions return to the owner.
If the owner still checks every step, the task was not delegated. It was moved to a dashboard.
