Automation is not delegation
Most owners do not need another tool. They need a recurring result to happen without supervising it.
My test:
  1. The trigger is clear.
  2. The required input is available.
  3. The output is measurable.
  4. Approval limits are defined.
  5. Only exceptions return to the owner.
If the owner still checks every step, the task was not delegated. It was moved to a dashboard.
What recurring task in your business still comes back to you?
