An Important Change to Our Community
This was not an easy decision, but maintaining two different communities while also hosting courses across separate platforms was becoming difficult to manage and confusing for both members and me. Some courses were available through Skool, others through the QuAH Academy website, and conversations were divided between different community spaces. I wanted to simplify everything and make it easier for everyone to know where to find their courses, ask questions, and connect with others. All courses have now been moved to one place on the QuAH Academy website. (You will see the course unlocked in the Members area). Our Skool community is also moving to one central private Facebook group, Olga Awaken & QuAH Community. This group is open to everyone from this community, whether you are a QuAH Academy member or joined Skool independently for spiritual and psychic development. The Facebook group will now be the main place for: • Monthly live group sessions • Questions and community discussions • Connecting with QuAH members and like minded people • Sharing experiences and spiritual development • Free practice sessions offered by QuAH members • Updates about courses, events and future activities Members with an active paid subscription should check their email, as I have contacted each of you individually with information about your subscription and course access. This change means one website for all courses and one community where everyone can connect. Join the Facebook Group HERE This Skool community will close August 31st. Hi I'm Sarah, been lurking here for a while now 😂 I'd just like to introduce myself properly. I am a holistic therapist, mindfulness teacher and artist based in Dunfermline, Scotland. Grateful to be friends with Olga after we were brought together a few years ago. Not to go too deep too quickly but like many people I have navigated a lot over this lifetime so far, addiction, depression, trauma, however having these experiences has widened my perception so much I honestly would not change a thing. They have all helped me understand things on many levels and lucky enough to use this knowledge to help others now. Thank you for having me here 😊❤️🙏

Hello all, I am new here. I joined recently and have started the QUAH course! I have noted Olga’s recent message about moving over to Facebook but I’m currently taking a break from social media. I recently received this question on Instagram: "I want to know if it’s possible to reach a point where nothing is impossible, meaning that the absolute impossible has been eliminated and there are no limitations to it. Does that mean we have the potential?" I found it to be a really interesting question. I have already shared my own thoughts with the person who asked it, but I'm genuinely curious to hear different perspectives. What are your thoughts?

Emotional release of my soul
I think that I have had an emotional release of my soul many years ago. I was in the theatre watching Fatal Attraction. When the film arrived at the part where Glenn Close was standing in the bath with a knife and she was rubbing it on her leg, apart from the horrific side to the scene, I immediately burst into tears. I did not feel like these tears had any buildup and they did not make any sense to me. I rushed out of the cinema seating area and went into the toilet to calm myself down. I have always wondered about this experience. Wondering what it meant. From watching the Skool video, awakening the first element, this now makes some sense to me. I had previously thought it was perhaps something to do with a past life. The video suggests an emotional release for my soul.
