Welcome! Local Lead Labs is a free community where local business owners get ongoing help from me & my team to help you generate an extra $20K+/month using Google Local Service Ads Optimization, Google Business Profile Optimization and Ai 🤖 Marketing Here's what to do first: Step 1: Introduce yourself IN A NEW POST with this copy/paste template: What's your nickname? What city is your business located in? Biggest strength? Biggest weakness? What do you do? What’s your business name? (so we can run a quick audit using Loom and we will tag you) What's your goal inside this community? What triggered you to sign up? (Was it an email, IG post, Skool post?) Step 2: Go through this introduction module: click here https://www.skool.com/localleadlabs/classroom/b04ff53b Best practices: 1) Have a profile photo. 2) Space out all your writings into single sentence paragraphs (like I'm doing here). 3) Welcome new members, make helpful posts, share your wins, and engage in the community to level up! Group Rules: 1) No Self Promotion 2) No Selling in the DM's 3) No Spamming the Community Feed
Live Now: Your Leads Aren’t Expensive—Your Booking Gap Is: Find It in 60 Minutes
👉 JOIN LIVE: https://streamyard.com/avdy8ut293 Click the link and join us Wednesday at 2:00 PM ET. You do not need to turn on your camera—audio-only or listen-only is completely fine. Bring your business and Ryan will audit your Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, and follow-up flow live. This is the kind of conversion audit businesses routinely pay hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars for, and everyone who joins live can receive a free consultation. This week is about finding the revenue leak between “Google sent a lead” and “money reached the bank.” More budget does not fix missed calls, weak qualification, or leads nobody marks as booked. Ryan will build a practical lead-to-revenue scorecard—and explain the LSA-to-Google Ads back-office migration that selected U.S. advertisers are beginning to see now. The workshop works for contractors, home-service companies, law firms, med spas, and other local professionals. WHAT WE’LL COVER: 1. COST PER BOOKED JOB—NOT COST PER LEAD Google’s Local Services Ads report shows charged leads, spend, channel, credits, and booked jobs. We’ll calculate four numbers every owner should know: charged-lead cost, booking rate, cost per booked job, and revenue-to-ad-spend ratio. You’ll see exactly when a $100 lead is profitable—and when a “cheap” $35 lead is actually expensive because nobody books it. 2. LSA IS MOVING INTO GOOGLE ADS—WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOUR DASHBOARD CHANGES Google is moving existing Local Services Ads into a specialized Performance Max campaign type with pay-per-lead goals. The ads still run on Search and Maps, remain keywordless, and charge for valid leads—not clicks—but the back office, budgets, bidding controls, reporting, and lead management are changing. We’ll cover the August 2026 phased rollout, the 14-day notice, what transfers, what does not, and the five checks every owner or agency should complete before and after migration. 3. THE INTAKE QUALITY SCORE A call lasting 30 seconds is not automatically a qualified lead or booked job. We’ll grade real intake against five observable behaviors: fast answer, clear greeting, correct qualification, a direct booking ask, and a documented next step. Google explicitly says missed calls and responsiveness can affect LSA ranking, so this scorecard improves both conversion and the signals Google uses to evaluate the profile.

Google Is Moving Your Local Services Ads This Month — Do 3 Things First
👉 JOIN LIVE: https://streamyard.com/avdy8ut293 — Why show up live instead of catching the replay? Bring YOUR business and I will pull it up live to build you a real plan. Your Local Services Ads (LSAs), your Google Business Profile (GBP), your follow-up flow—I'll tell you what is costing you leads and what to fix first. That is an audit people pay hundreds, even thousands, for—completely FREE, on air. You do NOT need a webcam. Audio-only is fine, listening quietly is fine—just click the link and say your business name in the chat. Everyone who joins live also gets a free consultation session. ⚠️ Google is Rebuilding Local Services Ads THIS Month This is a deadline week. Google is fundamentally rebuilding how Local Services Ads work, and several businesses are being moved this month. 1️⃣ YOUR LSA IS BECOMING A GOOGLE ADS CAMPAIGN - The Shift: Local Services Ads are officially migrating into Google Ads as Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals. Starting with U.S. home and storefront services in August 2026, the migration will roll out in phases. - The Window: You get roughly a 14-day notice by email and a dashboard banner—that is your entire window. - What Changes: Weekly budgets convert to daily averages, bidding becomes automated, and your standalone LSA dashboard is retired. 2️⃣ "GOOGLE GUARANTEED" NO LONGER EXISTS - The Shift: Google retired the Google Guaranteed, Google Screened, and License Verified badges, replacing all three with a single Google Verified badge. Crucially, Google killed the money-back guarantee behind it. - The Risk: If your website, ads, truck wrap, or proposal PDF still promises a "Google-backed money-back guarantee," you are advertising something that is gone. 3️⃣ THE 6 QUESTIONS YOUR PHONE SHOULD ASK BEFORE YOU PICK UP - The Trap: Most owners buy an AI voice agent and then give it nothing useful to say. - The Workflow: I will walk you through the actual high-converting script: service type, location against your real service area, urgency, job size, decision-maker, and booking the slot. - The Value: A good AI agent doesn't just answer faster—it hands you clean evidence when a lead was out of area, a wrong service, or spam so you can get credited back. - The Data: Speed still determines who ranks. Response time is one of the primary pillars Google weighs, and speed-to-lead research shows that reaching someone in the first minute can lift conversion by up to 391%.

LSA is moving?
I read that Google is officially moving Local Services Ads into the main Google Ads platform. They’ll become a specialized Performance Max campaign with pay-per-lead goals, not a traditional PMax campaign. LSAs will still be keywordless, appear only on Search and Maps, and charge for valid leads rather than clicks. They will do away with LSA dashboard. Any thoughts?
