What exactly are skin tags and why do they appear?
All I've ever found is what appears to be half-truths. "we don't know". "they're harmless". "its only because skin is rubbing together"
The only biological answer I've found is that skin tags are yet another sign of metabolic syndrome, specifically chronically high insulin. But that's all I've been able to find. Do they store a specific toxic element that the body is trying to remove - but doesn't store in fat cells normally?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
