If you're just joining, be sure to introduce yourself! 👋 I’m Michael. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. I spent 7 years in New York City, then made my way back to Tennessee during the pandemic. I’ve been training for over 14 years now, so at this point it’s just part of who I am. My favorite dessert is donuts 🍩 Glad to have all of you here. Let’s keep building this thing 💪

Hi All! Let’s play a game! Please list your biggest obstacle holding you back from achieving your fitness goals right now! And then if anyone else can relate to this obstacle, instead of giving advice, please share how you personally have overcame this hurdle yourself or if this is also a current obstacle to you as well! Sound good? I’ll start: My biggest struggle right now is sticking to my food plan consistently. I do well for a while but then I fall off track. Anyone else deal with this?

FRIDAY WINS 💪
Easy Breakfast Meal Prep Hack 🍳
Skipping breakfast or grabbing anything bland is killing your morning performance. Prep a batch of protein‑rich egg muffins on Sunday: whisk eggs, add spinach, diced turkey, and a pinch of salt, pour into a muffin tin and bake 20 minutes. Store them in the fridge and grab two each morning for a quick, balanced start that fuels muscles and brain. No excuses. Knock out this habit this week and own your mornings. 🦾
