Exploring the Unknown

Recently, I had some very interesting news. It was fascinating to observe the emotions that arose as I heard it.

I will admit some of the emotions really took over me! But I looked out to the big great sky, and I asked for help.

All of a sudden, the pieces of the puzzle started to come together.

And now, by some divine intricate order, I’m going back into the wilderness this weekend..

Although I won’t be able to be as present here over the next three days, I truly hope that you all take care of each other, spread kindness, spread love, and, most of all, discover deep rest.

This is always a time of year that is very reflective for me. I often think about the last 365 and what really could be celebrated, what huge lessons I’ve learned, and how I can move forward from a heart-centred place.

Sometimes I don’t understand in the moment why I feel called to take a left instead of a right or a right instead of a left but somehow I still end up back here in the center.

For those of you who can feel a shift in the air…Enjoy the breeze, enjoy all of the changes, for all we know that’s the only constant.

Things will be changing in here… and if you trust me in rest… know that it will be dreamy! It will be fun… and it will be expansive for all of us.
