Grace in the Downpour 🌧️🤎

If I’m honest, the storm in this season feels more like a downpour. My girls have been sick, my car is out of commission, and while I’m holding on, I’ve definitely prayed, “God, okay… can this pass already?” 😅🙏🏾

Tony Gaskins said, “You don’t have to sprint through every storm!” Whew. I needed that reminder.

I’m learning to take this season one day at a time to care for my girls, receive help, rest when I can, and bring my honest feelings to God. I can trust Him and still be tired. I can be grateful and still want relief.

Today, embracing the storm looks like giving myself grace while I walk through it. One prayer. One breath. One next step. God is with me here, too. 🤎
