I started 26 side hustles in 14 years. I quit all 26. Not one of them got a fair shot. I found the next shiny thing and I went and chased it. But I know the exact spot where I quit. Every time. It was the moment I had to ask somebody for money. That part is not fun. So I left. I always quit at the money. Number 27 worked. Real estate. Nothing special about it. It worked because I did one thing. And I gave it years, not weeks. I left my job. I replaced my income. And then some. You don't want to hear this. You went to school for four years to get the job you have now. Maybe longer. You did not walk out of school making what you make today. You worked up to it. Then you come online and give it 90 days. I am not picking on you. I did the same thing. That math is broken and nobody says it out loud. So here is what I made instead. A video on the five places a person makes their first dollar online. Not ten grand a month. The first dollar. One of them is Jeff. He is a paramedic. He posted on TikTok, somebody hired him for two hours, and paid him $2,100. Then sent him three more people. One of them is Alec. He wanted to quit. His ads were running and nobody was talking in his community. He stayed anyway. Then he booked a $2,000 client. First money he ever made online. No funnel.
