Hey there, we are looking to upgrade our phone systems. Specifically, an option that works well for conferencing 4 or more people. Our current provider, MedTel, does not offer this option. We have also been battling a lot of spam calls. The spam filter MedTel said would help is not. We get at least 10 calls a day about our Google business listing 😵‍💫 We are considering Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing and would love to hear any insights (good or bad) on this option. We know firms have more data then ever, but I found that many spend quite a bit of time handling the data in order to make their decisions. Coming to the crowd to get your opinion please- What is the one business question about your firm that you wish was much easier to answer? No software recommendations or vendor opinions please, the questions themselves are the most important part here. Things that would be helpful to know: - A question you have about your business that requires data from multiple systems. - Something you still estimate instead of measure. - A metric you have to build yourself before you can use it. - A decision that's harder than it should be because the information isn't readily available. Has anyone used Clearscope for website health? It looks like it mostly tracks SEO content health rather than technical website health.

Anyone here have experience with Wealthbox and integrating an Email Sequence Tool like Active Campaign? Or, is anyone using Slant CRM that can speak to email automation? I really hate the limitations with WB and would love an all-in-one CRM that can handle prospect marketing that isn't a huge undertaking like moving to Salesforce or Hubspot.
