Progress.
I just did my first one arm Dragon flag. Anti-rotation is real. You all have made such an impact with me going forward, so thank you again. I've been in a 1300 daily caloric deficit, on average anyway, for 11 months. In that time, I have gone down from 320 lb with absolutely zero muscle definition to 189 as of this morning with noticeable muscle definition, but the calisthenic kind, so I look more like Spider-Man and less like Batman. I'm almost done. I point that part out because it's important to know when to take breaks and when you reach the end of a quest that it's okay to not immediate the reach for a second one. One mark of a strong person is going forward, that's true, but another mark of a strong person is a person who knows when to breathe. I am very much looking forward to not eating in a deficit anymore, because while this deficit has helped me shrink and focus, what's the point in being lean and strong and fast if I'm not firing on all cylinders? Take time for you. It's not selfish to make sure that you rested, especially if the reason you're being rested is so you can be in service to others at full capacity
