For all the roasting nerds…
Started roasting on a Probat a few weeks ago and having some really interesting data from it! (Normally roasting on Loring).
Profiles are tasting very good, brewing / recipes are changing dramatically, and finishing up some really good omni roast KPI’s for Probat 🙌🏻
I wanna give some results!
