Feedback: The Inner Compass Method
I was diagnosed with ADHD about two years ago, but I have known since I was in primary school. It was very interesting hearing the stories from others in the group. I really felt sorry for them, and at the same time, it made me realise how lucky I was growing up: my parents supported me, even though they did not understand.
I was also lucky that, later in life, I was in a position to temper expectations, so I got by with my few self-learned tools. That all changed once I got married and had a daughter. Suddenly, I needed to be more and accomplish more for them, and my toolbox seemed empty for that task.
This course, especially the third session, gave me amazing tools that I have already started implementing to remove some exhibits from my gallery of partial projects.
Thank you to everyone who helped with this, and thank you, Nick, for putting it together.
