My Experience With the Inner Compass Method
Before joining this program, I was struggling with feelings of being defective and "less than" others without ADHD. My biggest breakthrough from the Pilot Launch was realising how capable I am to have survived this far despite feeling like the odds were stacked against me. Only now, I don't have to keep surviving, there are tools to help me live my life to the fullest. The biggest thing this experience helped me with was feeling less alone. After going through this framework, I feel hopeful and that I have the capability to change the way I feel about myself as someone living with ADHD. I’d definitely recommend this program to someone with ADHD who feels guilty when their daily struggles show.

Feedback session
I’ve just realised why your comment resonated with me so deeply, it felt liberating. For many women with ADHD, the hyperactivity isn't always visible. It's in our minds, our thoughts, and the constant mental noise. We become so skilled at masking and fitting into society's expectations that the mask eventually becomes our identity. I've always wanted to take risks, try different paths, and live more freely, but instead I boxed myself into a system because I thought that was what I was supposed to do. Follow the rules. Be responsible. Fit in. For years, I convinced myself it was too late to change. But your energy sparking something in me. The desire for freedom, purpose, and a different way of living doesn’t have an expiry date. Living in a system never designed for the way my brain is wired. Thank you Nick and to you all, just to connect was great and that I am freaking not alone!

Taming your ADHD with The Inner Compass Method
I've always struggled with ADHD and getting into thinking loops, and Nicks program helped me to realise that I don't have to be ashamed of how my brain works. This is not an "ADHD is awesome and everybody needs to accept it when I'm going off script". Rather, I need to accept and understand how my brain works. By understanding I can use my ADHD advantageously when I need to, and monitor it socially so it doesn't overwhelm me...and others. Nick's nervous system slow-down breathing meditation has specifically helped me to reset. The reset has helped me immeasurably when I'm feeling anxious from being overly ADHD-stimulated and grounds me in a very real physical way. There is so much more in this course so I highly recommend it to anyone: Feeling that there are parts of themselves suffering through ADHD either socially or in general. Trying to understand why they are the way they are and how to integrate it so it works for you. Trying to get a handle on what can feel like a runaway train and the anxiety that can come with it. Or just adding to what you already understand about ADHD and ways to incorporate it gently. BE gentle with yourselves! Thank you Nick!
