🛠️ Tool Drop: Turn Any Screenshot Into Working Code
Screenshot to Code - drop in a screenshot, Figma design or screen recording and get the page back as code Here's the problem it solves. You see a layout you like, or you have a mockup, and rebuilding it by hand takes hours. Screenshot to Code is an open-source app (about 80k GitHub stars) you can self-host with your own API key. It rebuilds the page as HTML, React or Vue with Tailwind, and you tweak it by asking for changes in plain English. Honest caveat: self-hosting means paying your model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini) per generation, and the hosted app is paid (from $15/mo). Thank you for allowing me to join this community.I am a 65 year old retired service engineer interested in Ai and wanting to learn more about it. Interested in the best way to make realistic avatars to use with my social media accounts. Very happy to be here and looking forward to learning something new.Even at my age 😅
