It is Monday again, time to get up and get to work. It’s almost the new Month. Today is also my son’s 21st birthday. We do not drink so it won’t be that kind of celebration, but boy does time fly by. Working in Amarillo this morning and then back home for my son’s birthday celebration (nothing big, just the normal birthday stuff). At 100f in the shade I forwent my coat and opted for a New England shirt company genuine madras shirt and RL cotton navy chinos. Martin Dingman belt and shoes and my trusty Seiko Model 5 and off we went. Had to say some prayers for the deprivations of Bert and Ernie though

Things were pretty much cleaned up when we took the photos. Yes, you have seen the purple waistcoat and tam combination before, this time with a cotton shirt, grey trousers and a purple rile with a wild fun pattern. Robin is wearing a darker peach blouse and light lavender capris. Again note folks that our outfits compliment each others again.

Interestingly, possibly the most important work-related event of the trip is an all-you-can-eat brunch. I'm arriving early, to make sure everything is sorted, but I'm actually really excited about the food. Their house-aged strip steak is supposed to be one of the best in Las Vegas - and normally costs like $80 during the week. At their brunch, though, this same steak is included in their steak and eggs add-on - which only costs an additional $9! In honor of both @Brian McGuire and Barney Stinson, I suited up!
