What questions do you have about pain? I’m happy to answer the questions about how it works, what brings it on and helps it go away biologically. Think of this like how Eric helms explains muscle growth
Welp I wanna contribute to my member score lol. Not a huge fan of weighted dips, seems they’ve aggravated tendinitis but in my left forearm it created a feeling as if bone hit a bar and it bruised. I don’t think it’s bone but it feels like it.
Experiencing similar symptoms doing pull-ups. I’ve been backing off some and trying different grips as suggested. Used a tins unit although that may make me just think I’m doing something for rehab besides cold packs.
@Lee Turner inspired this one. Check out the post I just put up on IG and let me know your thoughts below? Do you agree, disagree? What does it mean to be an athlete? https://www.instagram.com/reel/DcbDnictejL/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsi=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
How could I not agree @James Johnson after listening to your explanation? I believe society conditions us to equate athletes with competition. Having a goal and competing against yourself is competition, right? One doesn’t need a stage or team to have physicality or athleticism.
