Again it is an Early Monday start for me, the 0400 wake-up to get ready for the 0500 teams call. The house comes to life, the sun rises over the hills and the real day starts at 0600 when I wake up my eldest daughter to get ready for school followed by waking my youngest at 0700. Sometimes between those two times my wife wakes and gets ready for her workout. I tend to leave the call early and make sure I am helping around 0720. That is the time I walk my eldest to the bus stop. At 0800 my wife leaves for work anf at 0815 my youngest and I walk to school. Thats my Monday morning, I went for a walk to find a place for my regualr outfit shoot, chose the same place as last week, but without the fig it looks a lot brighter, even with the dead looking trees. I had to change out my wallet, for the old brown one was getting raggedy & swollen with cludder. I went with another leather wallet because... it worked for me thus far!

Felt like some casual suit action today, so I put my hair in a pineapple today. Have my pocket square in & my S.O.G. pin on; ready for the weekly meeting. SOTD is: Zino by DAVIDOFF

A gent from church and his wife whom had been spiritual parents for the Mrs and I at church have been called by God to move out to Nebraska . Then there’s another gent whom went through the mens 33 bible study with me and the gent whom was a spiritual father figure. So all 3 couples are getting breakfast together for one last time.

We planned our day around Deans Shortbread and the Keith to Dufftown Whiskey train. Threw on my new tattersall and burgundy silk/wool club tie over my Orvis duck cloth khakis (so old and faded now they anre more of an almost cream color). Duff town is home to GlenFiddich and Balvenie. The old train is a 1960 version. Fun hour and half ride down and back by several distilleries. The highlight of the day was probably the falconry the big bird is an Eurasian Sea Eagle. Right now we are sitting at the ice cream shop at the port city of Portsoy (part of Peaky Blinders was filmed here at the 17 century port on the North Sea)
