Each week, I invite you to share your biggest win. This isn't about the scoreline, but rather what aspects of your goalkeeping you improved or what new product you got to enhance your game. Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. Today my Grassroots team played the team that finished top our league last season and have now been promoted to the league above. We played them 4 times last season and 4 times we got hammered. Today we drew 1-1 against them. I saved a penalty and was making so many saves their coaches praised me at the end and the opposition players were calling me prime Buffon and told me i was the best keeper. My teammates told my coaches that I deserved MOTM and so today was what I would call a win all round

So today we played a team that win most games by a large margin. Different story today. We won 3-1. I really controlled the game from the back and made some big saves including a huge double save. We were controlled but yet not at our best. Afte the game we had a penalty shootout. I saved 5 and put 3 others off and they missed the target. Only conceded the one penalty. Really pleased with my performance and the new season ahead Went to watch Plymouth argyle after who won 2-0 Vs top of league Bradford
