Mine not so much, but I have a plan. If you follow me, you might have checked the post I wrote on skoolers today about why I won't automate my DMs. Basically, Roast & Promote is all about real human communication. Real conversations since the onboarding, real feedback, real people's opinions on market research, exchanging real stories between real entrepeneurs instead of just consuming sensationalist content... All throught a structure of giving and receiving feedbacks (roasts) and competing weekly for free advertizing made by me. And the work I do for the standard tier, the one I do for free, already takes me a lot of time. To the point that it gets harder and harder to manage this community as it grows. Welcoming people in a human way without automation, is a lot less work than roasting every comment, tagging relevant people, counting the scores and making ads for the champions. So here is how I intend to evolve this community in a way that is manageable and will keep the quality human factor of it over time. Nothing will change now, but eventually: - I'll only personally roast premium and VIP members. Standard members will still have me tagging people on their posts, pinning them till they get enough attention and counting the roaster of the week scores that everyone can compete for. This might be the first change I make here, but not yet. - If it gets to the point that I'm growing too fast, this community will get paid for entry. This will slow down new members and at the same time select people who are more serious about our purpose here and are more commited to helping others and getting serious feedback. And if even than it gets too hard, I'll hire a VA or moderator to help me out. - I'm working on a second community. That one will be paid for entry from the start but current premium and VIP members will get a free invite for it as a bonus. The purpose of this second community is to actually help people manage their time and focus on more strategic ways and will have great synergy with Roast & Promote.
