Landscape mockups
I have created chosen landscape options for mockups, but when bulk listing takes over it shows my poster in portrait and that cuts off a lot of detail. Can anyone suggest what I haven’t done? In theory the listing should automatically show in the landscape frames I have chosen? Thanks!

@Naomi Partridge hi Naomi, I have been wondering about this same quandary myself. How did you overcome it? Is it just a case of setting up a second template with landscape mock ups or is there more to it than that?

@Naomi Partridge perfect thank you, I kind of guessed that there would be something quite simple but like you, I shall have to bite the bullet on the others that have been cropped by Etsy….

Clarification please..
I had a poster purchased a couple of days ago ( woop woop) however it’s been in production since and now showing overdue on Etsy. How long is the average turnover for printing to shipping please?? Or have I missed something? Just want to get my ducks lined up should the client complain…. I can use the “we’re a day behind due to it being a New Zealand order” etc but wanted to ask….

I do feel rather foolish now as about an hour after I posted, the poster was shipped…. Doh!! 🤷♂️ However, thank you again to all who have replied with their own ideas/ experiences as hopefully this may help someone else in the future….

Refund Request - thoughts anyone ?

My first sale…. Woohoo!!
It’s a rush for sure but then the doubt sets in, have I followed the process of the order correctly? Have I made sure the client receives the print ok? Is New Zealand too far for it to be delivered on time???? Etc., etc., etc., and so the spiral begins. I’m sure that once I’ve done this a couple of times, it will become clockwork and I can enjoy the buzz from a sale but right now? I’m nervous…. It also came from one of the genres I put to one side so that I could concentrate on Aviation but as you guys all say, a sale is a sale…. Just thought I would share this with you and also ask, did anyone else feel this apprehensive at first????

@A T I totally get that, my shop used to sell ad hoc printed mugs but then the supplier began nickel and diming me which began to up the cost to the client so I stopped, boy did I take some flack for doing that, and trying to explain that I couldn’t justify to myself the extortionate prices I was now having to pass on just so that I could sell at a minimal profit kept falling on deaf ears. I had a couple of sales going through that I then had to sell at a loss so that I could fulfill the orders and try to keep everyone sweet but to no avail, I still got slated by one lady (term used in its widest context) and that’s when I decided to close down…. A couple of years later and I watch a fabulous video about selling posters and here we are…. But I get completely how easy it is for one person to mess up an entire business before it properly takes off…. Lesson very much learned and signs noted. I guess that’s also why I’m so apprehensive about selling again…. Thank you for discussing this with me, another huge plus for doing this is this forum, it’s an absolute oracle of information from many who have been here before and are willing to pass on their experiences, like your good self….
