Being “smart” isn’t just about having the right answer. In business, different problems require different kinds of intelligence. Maybe you’re great at strategy but struggle with people. Maybe you can sell anything but hate managing numbers. Maybe you’re technically brilliant but struggle to communicate your ideas. That’s normal. The goal isn’t to become great at everything. It’s to understand what you bring, and know what you need to develop or delegate. If you could level up one area, where would you start?
