💸 More Customers Will Not Fix This
I will say the part people do not like.
Most of us go looking for new customers because it feels like the only lever we have.
Meanwhile the people who already paid us finished, loved it, and walked out with nothing else to buy.
A new customer is the most expensive money in your business. You pay for the reach, the posts, the calls, the trust, all of it, every single time.
The person who just paid you costs almost nothing to reach. They are already here. They already said yes once.
