What if the missing piece in trauma recovery isn’t something you need to do… but somewhere you need to belong? Trauma can be incredibly isolating. We can read the books. Attend therapy. Learn about our nervous system. Understand our triggers. Develop coping strategies. All of those things can matter enormously. But I believe there is another piece that is overlooked: Safe community. 💚 A place where you don’t have to explain why trauma still affects you Where you can connect with people who understand. Where lived experience is valued alongside professional knowledge. Where you can participate when you want to, learn quietly when you need to, and never be expected to share your story. That’s what we’re building inside The Skool Trauma Hub. It’s a community for: 💜 People impacted by trauma who want support, connection and opportunities to heal and learn. 💛 Parents of trauma-impacted children who want to parent in a more trauma-informed way. 💙 Trauma professionals who want to learn, reflect, connect and grow alongside other professionals and people with lived experience. And many of us are more than one of those things. Inside you’ll find trauma courses, live drop-ins, healing circles, creative co-regulation, expert speakers, parenting support, professional development, peer supervision and a growing global community. But the most important part isn't any individual course or event. It’s knowing you don’t have to navigate trauma alone. So many of our members have told us that being part of this community has helped healing finally feel possible. If trauma has touched your life personally, through parenting or professionally, I’d love to welcome you. 💚 Come and find the missing piece in trauma recovery. Come and find your community.
