Truly Horrible Experience

I have devoted a minimum of 10 hours trying to figure out how to get this thing work and I still am not connected. In that amount of time I’ve had to learn how to work Google Calendar better, how to set up a device I just purchased into developer mode, how to use the product itself all of which was a lot of time and aggravation. I had no idea I would have to devote this amount of time with very, very little help from the creator to be able to use this product. I was even forced to join a community to be able to get any information at all. In my frustration today while I’m still trying to get this thing to work, I decided I would leave that information. I will keep working on this because I cannot get a refund even though I did ask for one. Nowhere during my purchase time on this product does it mention how much work has to go into figuring out how to make this product sync with other things
