7-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Bharti Kaith ▲ 1 🥈 @Malik Ahmed ▼ 1 🥉 @Yonas Workayehu (NEW!) 30-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Bharti Kaith 🥈 @Malik Ahmed 🥉 @Yonas Workayehu (NEW!) —————— 🚀 Accelerator Win of the Week: Zachary Ayvazian Zach just closed his biggest deal yet: $19K upfront plus $1,000 a month ongoing. He didn't pitch for it. The client is a water damage and remodel company doing around $3M this year, still running the same four-person office they had at $1M. Emails forwarding into Hotmail, approvals printed and signed by hand, no visibility on margin per job. Zach's build puts the whole back office on rails: a channel per job, a monthly margin report, an approval loop, and 24/7 lead intake. All four phases signed off, kicked off on site this week. —————— 👉 If you want to compress timeline to a successful agency: [SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT HERE]

7-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Malik Ahmed (NEW!) 🥈 @Bharti Kaith ▼ 1 🥉 @Muzamil Fatima 30-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Bharti Kaith 🥈 @Malik Ahmed ▲ 1 🥉 @Muzamil Fatima (NEW!) —————————— 💎 Win of the Week: @Priyanshu Kumar Priyanshu made $24k selling AI audits, and not even his own. He runs performance outbound for other AI agencies and sells their audits on a pure performance basis. His read on why the audit works: when you sell to cold traffic, the offer has to be new money or done-for-you. An audit is both. $3k audit into a $20k implementation into a $2k/month retainer. That's the part worth sitting with. He isn't optimising the front end for the front end. He's picked the offer that opens the longest runway behind it. [See the post HERE] —————————— 🚀 Accelerator Win: Jennifer Goodall Six months ago Jennifer and her business partner joined the Accelerator with a plan to launch an AI consulting agency. Two weeks ago the corporation was filed and Adelaide AI was born. Both first clients are now paid. Client 1 is a billion-dollar financial lending corporation, first project projected at $50-70k, with a much larger opportunity behind it if they deliver. She found her dev partner for it inside this community. Client 2 is a real-estate agent drowning in listings, exactly their ICA, who committed to the full AIOS build and a suite of custom AI Employees before the assessment had even been run. Projected $15-20k. Her words: "When we started, I knew almost nothing about AI development." Six months later: an agency operating system, a full offer suite, a dev partner, two paying clients and a pipeline she's considering pausing so she doesn't drown. —————————— Everyone wants the first client fast. Jennifer went from knowing almost nothing to an enterprise project in six months, and she's clear about why that was possible: coaches on calls, the courses, the workshop recordings, and a community that handed her a dev partner when she needed one.

Bharti holds the top spot on both boards this week. 7-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Bharti Kaith 🥈 @Usman Ali (NEW!) 🥉 @Muzamil Fatima ▼ 1 30-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Bharti Kaith 🥈 @Usman Ali (NEW!) 🥉 @Malik Ahmed ——————————— Some pretty sick wins came out of the Accelerator this week and we wanted to share them. 🚀 Accelerator Wins Chris Shon: $2,500 first paid engagement with an enterprise client Chris got in front of an enterprise real estate broker who wants a custom M&A tool built for their acquisitions team. Last week they signed the agreement for the assessment and the payment has landed. Chris sourced that client himself, that's on him. But he worked the deal through with Otto and Nate, two of our coaches, and that's the difference between a conversation with an enterprise buyer and a signed agreement with one. Marko Polluaar: €3,900 deal, €1,900 already paid Marko landed €3,900 with a waste equipment service company in Estonia, half of it already in his account. A boring industry paying close to four grand for one build. Christian, Marcelo and Juan: $12K USD expansion This trio closed $12K with a vending operator in Mexico running 100+ employees, straight off the back of a $6K audit they'd just delivered. This is an offer structure win. They got paid for the audit, delivered enough in it that the client could see exactly what came next, and the client doubled their spend to get it built. The audit sold the build. ——————————— Three members, three different stages, same pattern: they used the team. 👉🏼 If you want that kind of guidance behind your deals, book a call [HERE]

New faces on the leaderboards this week, and a run of wins from inside the community worth slowing down for. Here's our leaderboard rundown: 7-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Malik Ahmed ▲ 2 🥈 @Okasha Khan ▼ 1 🥉 @Bharti Kaith (NEW!) 30-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Chetan Mishra 🥈 @Malik Ahmed 🥉 @Okasha Khan (8 weeks straight in 3rd) ————————————— 💪 Back to Basics I'm doing this section a bit differently this week. Four people who did the hard work right away: a free audit, a first assessment, a discovery call that pays nothing yet. It came from picking up the phone and asking someone who already knows you, which is harder than it sounds and the reason most never do it. People go and build the stack instead, because building the stack doesn't involve anyone saying no to you. Here's who did the uncomfortable thing this week. Two for Two @Marios Dellis put in the reps here and since landed his first client on a retainer, and his second is already delivered and looking like a long-term partner, committed to the monthly retainer and maintenance fees. Two clients signed in two months. Congrats Marios. [See the post HERE] The Warm Yes @Danny Blom delivered his first free audit, a solo landscaping business. Six warm outreach messages to get that long-awaited yes. This one's free, the next will be paid. Good to see him running the warm outreach methods we preach here. [See the post HERE] Cold to Warm It took @Ivar Cronmark four months of cold outreach to realise he didn't need to do it at all. He could just go warm. Off the back of his warm leads he's now got a discovery call booked with a perfume brand. Unpaid to start, but it's a case study he can use to land paid clients down the line.

Here's the rundown to kick off October! 7-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Bharti Kaith 🥈 @Muzamil Fatima (NEW!) 🥉 @Malik Ahmed 30-Day Leaderboard 🥇 @Bharti Kaith (NEW!) 🥈 @Okasha Khan ▼ 1 🥉 @Malik Ahmed ▼ 1 ---------------------------- 💎 Win of the Week: @Eshaan Sinha Eshaan just signed $3,900: $1,300/month on a three-month retainer. The client came from his warm network, someone he'd already done a mix of free and paid builds for. The scope is AI automation plus content: clipping, social media management, and running their podcast content.
