Maurice Daher I usually wake up at 5:00 a.m. to exercise outdoors. Before exercising, I drink a glass of warm water with 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic salt. Every time, I feel nauseous for about 15 minutes afterward. I have also tried taking it after exercise, drinking it slowly and quickly, but the nausea is the same.
My eating window is usually 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Most days I follow a carnivore diet, with occasional keto meals.
What could be causing this nausea?
