So PS dispatched a poster on Tuesday - great.

Royal Mail today says it is still waiting for it: “More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network.”

Crikey! I foresee a lot of bother if this is usual RM timings. It’s rubbish. Was I supposed to upgrade to something else or is this experience unusual?
