The purpose of the Wins category is to celebrate progress, not just awards.

For many members, submitting their first proposal is a huge milestone.

Yesterday, CFS submitted another government contract proposal! 🇺🇸

That brings us to two active proposals currently awaiting award, and yesterday we also received pricing on another opportunity that we're now preparing to submit.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that success in government contracting isn't just about winning contracts—it's about building a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Over the past several weeks, we've been leveraging AI to help us research opportunities, organize information, analyze solicitations, develop proposal strategies, and improve efficiency throughout our bidding process. It's allowing us to focus more time on strategy and less time on repetitive tasks.

Our goal isn't simply to submit more bids—it's to submit better, more competitive proposals while continuing to build relationships and expand our capabilities.

Every contract you win begins with the decision to submit a proposal.
