OK blown away! what an awakening assessment for probably at least the second time Umm uh more depth more learning more more exposing of how I mask and how I hide and and how far I've come so just just nuts and I can't wait for cohort 4 and I am you know ready to go deeper now and ready to explore more and to continue to be so grateful to Jim and JT and this incredible program and and all its value and just the camaraderie of the cohorts and the community and can't say enough good about all of this and how it's impacted my life has been just wonderful. (most recently the cold shower!!!)
