"Don't keep me a secret" - Mike used this when telling people about his business, asking them to refer him. He said he learned this from an advisor years ago and used it successfully when working in financial services.
"Let me sit with this and come up with a customized plan" - Use this phrasing as a way to handle client requests when you need time to research or figure out the solution.

Using phrases like "customized" comes across as high end phrasing that signals expertise without pretending to know everything upfront 🙌
