Hey there, I'm running a brand new program (won't have too much to do with this Skool group), but would love second set of eyeballs on my ad. First time running this ad copy for this new program which will be sold via a workshop. If you were still working in corporate, would you click on this ad? "You're not too sensitive and you're not "bad at handling stress." If you're burned out at a job where three different bosses forgot your name and you still got skipped for the promotion after doing the work anyway, that's not BECAUSE of you. That's a system working exactly as designed. Just not FOR you. I know because I lived it. Four years at a job that ran layoffs like clockwork and moved the goalposts every time I got close. I started a side hustle on the side of that mess, partly so I wouldn't be desperate if the axe ever swung my way. By the time I actually left, I wasn't taking a leap. I had 37 clients already paying me. Here's the part nobody tells you: you're not exhausted because you're not tough enough. You're exhausted because you don't own your own time. Someone else is calling the shots, cashing in on your work, and deciding when you're allowed to rest. That would wear anyone down. You were never meant to spend your career waiting for permission. You were meant to run something of your own. I'm Andrea Palten. I spent 25 years grinding from Marketing Coordinator to CMO, cutting my teeth at places like Ogilvy, Transamerica, and Camping World before building this business from inside a job that looked a lot like yours. If you're ready to see what getting out actually looks like, plus ideas on what kind of business you can do, join my free workshop, Corporate Escape Plan. Save your seat below."

Refining my known-for statement
I could really use some insight, especially if you fall in this demographic... I have made a pretty big pivot in how I work with businesses, which is I think where I always wanted to be but kept trying to fit insides some predetermined boxes (hello 3 individual circuits that said that was never going to work lol). I've been workshopping my known for statement and trying to find a way to help mompreneurs and couplepreneurs feel seen in it without being way too wordy.... So I had- I am a Life-first Business (Re)Designer who helps family-centered business owners transform their business so they're no longer the primary brain for everyone and everything, giving them the space to build their vision without losing themselves, their family, or the life they built it for. I feel like it says most of what I need but it is long. so maybe: I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner who helps you stop being the primary brain for everyone and everything, so you can build your vision without losing yourself, your family, or the life you built it for. a few other variations potentially- I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner who helps you steer your business toward the life you're building, so your business finally makes your life fuller, not harder (fuller not harder is one of my core beliefs) I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner and together we get clear on what you actually want out of your business and life, then redesign the business, its vision, decisions, roles, and rhythms, to fit it. I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner who helps you get clear on where you're going, then reshape the business to run in that direction instead of running through you. I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner who helps you redesign your business around the life you actually want, so it stops depending on you for every decision. Also open to suggestions. I struggle with taking a really big and nuanced (it won't look the same for each person, but will all involve mindset, communication strategies, coaching, strategy, and operations) and describing it without over describing it...
