Some of you asked if we’d be doing the challenges on the weekends, and the answer is no! It's scientifically proven that your brain needs a break to process and retain everything you've learned, and the weekend is the perfect time to do just that. Plus, it's a great opportunity to catch up if you missed a day or two during the week. While consistency is key and doing it daily is ideal, I completely understand that life gets busy! If something came up, use this time to pick back up and get back on track. Outside of catching up, Saturdays are special because you have your live lesson with me! It's your chance to use your English in real-time and get direct feedback. Keep an eye on the calendar so you don't miss any of our sessions! And by the way, thank you to everyone who attended today!
