Angry buyer

I have just had a buyer want to return a framed print after receiving something similar for her son's birthday from someone else. I have explained that since the item isn't faulty or damaged I can not accept a return or refund and she has been getting quite upset saying that it is unacceptable to have 160 pounds for a framed 24x36 inches print. Anyone have any advice on the situation or faced anything similar? I don't want to really get a bad review since my shop has just started to pick up
