Custom order

How do custom orders work? I’ve messaged Printshrimp but doubt I’ll get an answer before Monday. My question is, I have a potential customer asking for a print 24x30, which isn’t a standard size. Will the print be printed edge to edge with no white boarders? Anyone have the answer for me please? I’d like to message her back before Monday, if I can.
