Hi Everyone, sorry to bother you all again, just looking for a bit of advice on pricing and how i should move forward with this order.

I previously set up a 25% discount for customers who favourited a print, and someone has now used it on a 20 × 28-inch framed print. The order value was around £83 profit, which I was initially really pleased with, but I then noticed the customer is in Australia and the total cost is £79.99.

I currently follow PrintShrimp’s guided retail prices and offer free delivery on all listings. Do I need to increase my prices for larger framed prints or international orders to avoid potentially being out of pocket and also the sale prices has been long reduced.

My main concern is that, even if there is a small profit left on the original order, I could take quite a large loss if the print arrives damaged or the customer has an issue with it. Thankfully, I haven’t had many problems so far—I’m currently at 285 sales with 52 five-star reviews—but I’m unsure what the safest way to price these orders is going forward.

Would you recommend adjusting my prices, excluding larger framed prints from discounts, or charging separately for delivery to places such as Australia and should I refund this order immediate just incase any problems do arise and what hapens if I do that or just go ahead with it?
