Request for some feedback

Hi All

I hope you are all well and progressing with your POD poster journey.

I have been going through the videos, reading through posts in this community and making some gains.

I have managed to set up my shop and I have initially listed 5 posters. I have many more waiting to be uploaded but I first wanted to get some feedback on my shop and the 5 listings I have created.

I have used the PS bulk upload tool to populate and post the listings. I believe I have addressed things like delivery profiles, international pricing etc. One thing I am really not usre about is the policy for refunds and exchanges. I have read mixed advice so any further guidance on that would be appreciated.
