Pain?? Where do I go if I’m in Pain?
At R3GENERATE, we look beyond the place that hurts. Pain can be part of a larger pattern of imbalances, misalignments, and compensations involving several areas of the body. Where you feel pain isn’t always where the pattern begins. Here are four ways to use this platform to support your body: 1. Start with the 6-Week Beginner Program. This is your foundation. Learning to Stand in the Zero Line, Activate, and Integrate helps you understand how your bones stack, how you distribute weight, and how to move with greater precision. 2. Explore a Body Code Foundation class near the area of pain. Choose from the six Body Codes: Pelvis, Spine, Feet, Clavicle, Femur, and Ribs. For example, if you’re experiencing knee pain, the Femur Body Code is a nearby starting point. Follow the full class or revisit portions that feel supportive, staying within comfortable joint ranges. 3. Look through the Restoration recordings. Find a class that focuses on the area where you’re experiencing discomfort. These sessions offer a gentler way to explore your alignment and movement. 4. Visit the “Pain Relief” section in the Classroom. Here you’ll find more targeted videos organized around specific areas of pain. Begin with the foundation, then use these resources to explore your own patterns. The goal is to understand how your whole body works together—and build more options for moving comfortably.

In the R3GENERATE METHOD there a two main Breath Blueprints.
Breath Blueprints 1. Balloon Breath: This breath is applied to help create internal expansion at 3 different levels and is in our Stand course and often used in our Restoration week classes. See instructional video here: https://www.skool.com/r3generate-method/classroom/4a0daaf9?md=e794da5ff3054d06b3af7f1280a2750a 2. 6 Body Code Breath & Laser of Light Lines: have precise pathways to open bone strengthening channels (aka bone breathing) which supports the kinetic wave development from ground expansion. These are the lines that energy passes through which help stimulate bone growth. See instructional video here: https://www.skool.com/r3generate-method/classroom/4a0daaf9?md=0ee03039beaa4c31afb3dcaa68192cda Both can be found inside the 6 Week Beginner Course. Balloon Breath is Week 2 Laser of Light Lines Week 6

There are two main sections to navigate. 1. Learning the class format and terminology. 2. Learning the body code classes in more depth. Classes introduction, format, terminology, and body positions are all located in the 6 week beginner course inside the ‘Integrate’ section. The more in depth breakdown of each class is inside of the ‘6 Body Code Deep Dives’ section. See pictures for more information….
