Hello all! Greetings from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My name is James McKinnon, I am a design technologist working on becoming a fully licensed Architect. My expertise in the last 9 years has been the preconstruction planning and design of tenant improvements in small-bay industrial involving code and bylaw compliance, engineer and contractor coordination, and construction drawings. I am here to learn more about the development side of the industry so I can better serve the developers and tenants I work with.
