🫡 Level 7, reporting for duty: Sargent Joe just got promoted! 🔥
Ayyye yeah... @Joe Sargent just hit Level 7! 🎉 Which means our resident Systems Dude has officially earned his place in the 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 on the Event Showcase! 🌟 If you've been around here a while, you already know Joe. He's the quiet guy who shows up in every comment section, cracking Kristi's Google Buster before most of us have had coffee, and dropping engagement breakdowns (go read "The Empty Restaurant Effect" 🍽️ if you haven't) without ever making it about himself. He knows exactly how to get a quiet community talking again... and he teaches it and a whole lot more inside ⚛️ 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯 Joe spent 20+ years building business & IT systems and basically turned all of it into a growth engine for your Skool. 29+ tools. WHAT?! 👀 He's not selling hype but he is selling systems... and his own members are out here calling him "phenomenal" in his reviews! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For now... help me congratulate @Joe Sargent on hitting Level 7 and earning his spot in the Spotlight! 🌈🌟 Show him some love, and if you need a systems dude to help make your Skool run smooth as butter... 👀 you know where to look. Congratulations, Joe!! 🎉🔥 👉 𝗚𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯... like right now!

🏆 AUGUST VISIBILITY MVP WINNERS ARE IN! 🏆
I Applied for a job on LinkedIn a one week ago.
Didn't send a CV. Sent my content portfolio instead. Here's what happened next. 1. Nuvex Nova posted a role. I didn't have the traditional background for it. 2. Instead of a resume, I sent them my actual work. What I'd built, not what I'd claim I could build. 3. The founder saw it. Actually looked at it, not skimmed it. We got on a call. Not a screening call with HR. The CEO, personally. (This is the part I still think about. Nobody tells you the portfolio is the actual resume now.) A bunch of conversations later, I'm officially their Content Strategist. Quick version of who Nuvex Nova actually is, because it's genuinely a good idea: They're an AI platform where you book vetted pros, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and more, for home repairs. Every worker (they call them "Taskers") is background-checked. Every job is tracked live with GPS. And you don't pay until the work is actually signed off and approved. Not a phone number and a hope. An actual system that stays accountable until the job's done right. Now I get to build the whole content strategy around that. How they talk about themselves, what they stand for, how people find them and actually trust them before they've even booked anything. Their messaging and scripting frameworks. Content angles and formats for their platform, and etc. I will become the face of their brand, I will shoot the videos, edit them, post them. The part that still gets me: none of this happened because of a perfect resume format or the right keywords. It happened because I showed the actual thing instead of describing it. P.S. Want to see what the portfolio that got me the call actually looked like? Comment "portfolio" and I'll send it over.
