You are not broken, my eye
Since starting this "journey" coming up to a year now (I think).I have heard from different platforms, content creators and so on that you are not broken. I don't know about you but I am broken. The text book ADHD definition does describe the challenges and everyone seems to have many in common. How is that not broken? Bad comprehension, no focus, poor memory, missing details, friendless, alone, isolating, loss of interest, hurting yourself just walking through a door, carelessness, not caring, caring to much, nothing to give back, being treated badly, bad decisions, gut wrenching memories, expensive mistakes plus all the other things. How is that not broken? It makes me sick just thinking about it. If you do just one little thing how does that help you to get anything done or support yourself? I do not want to lose this fight, to get it right. I'm in panic zone, I have to find a way out, I'm not young and do not want to end up like this. I have to get it together. On a positive note, I have improved, had a pretty good run for awhile. I want so much more for myself and losing ground. It's hard to watch now that I can see.

Susan I’m glad you’re still fighting for yourself. You said something really important: “I have improved.”🤗
Sleep flipped on it's head...literally
I had a challenging yet inspiring and productive week. I committed to doing a live online training for 3 days BUT the timezone ended up being opposite to mine. So I had 3 days of 1am-7am (3 full nights) and then had a normal day on top of that. It was CRAZY and has totally messed up my sleep domino but it was totally worthwhile. Who would have thought I could be productive at 1am...maybe I can opt in for Jim's live sessions 🤔

Revenge bedtime procrastination slip
I haven’t been in n the best of moods. Today, I felt overwhelmed with simple tasks. I finally got some me time. Now, it’s 3:30am, and the robbing of time tomorrow is already being felt. I brought it on myself. Felt like posting. Nothing of excitement.

Glad you posted it Shawn. It may not feel like an exciting update, but noticing the pattern is useful. 🤗
Big lesson finally sunk in …. Don’t push 🫷just flow 🌊
Been working with JT on understanding my Human Design flow. I’ve been taking my day adding my feelings as they relate to each event and he’s been mapping out the way my body moves within HD. It has been fascinating and extremely helpful. I’m not designed to push through things/my day. It’s been frustrating and insightful at the same time. Yesterday was one of those frustrating days….. which it turns out is my Signal I’m not in sync.. haha… so to bed I went with this info and here’s how my morning check-in turned out ….. 💡 Personal Insight Teri, this morning already told the story: you slept, you rested, and you woke remembering the exact thing that had been gnawing at you, the hand positions still needing typing. That is not a small detail. That is your body teaching you its rhythm, that the scattered "what have I forgotten" feeling always resolves once the wave lifts and clarity returns on its own timing. You've been circling frustration around the Matrix work, but notice what actually moved you forward: rest, a walk, feeding the birds, letting the answer surface instead of forcing it. You are wired to respond to life as it comes, not to grind against it, and today the whole sky agrees with the tender breakthrough you already had. Setting the intention for a walking friend is exactly right, name what nourishes you and let it find you. Respect how your body moves through life, and the manual, the practice, the belonging all fall into place. → Today - Type up the hand positions. One loop closed. - Take the walk. The ideas ride along. - Trust that rest is productive, not lost time.

Teri this is a great example of turning a frustrating day into useful information. Instead of seeing the frustration as another thing going wrong, you’re starting to see it as a signal.🤗
Crashes and burnt
Hi I am Ronald from The Netherlands, turning 56 this Saturday, my son was diagnosed this year and it opened up my eyes: I recognised every symptom... Procrastinating, checking out when it gets too big or overwhelming, started several courses, trainings, books all in and then got overwhelmed and bailed out. Tryng to get organised in my recruitment business, but I just can't... I crashed totally his year mentaly and got a double hernia as a result . this is the first time behind my desk again in two months So hoping to find the right tools and tricks here to keep me organised and get me back on track
