Day 4: Frustration
I have been in a bad sleeping cycle for over 20 years now. So I was kind of frustrated that after day 4, it's just another evening and morning routine that is suggested... I know I should try to keep a positive mindset here, but I have tried so many times before to change that cycle, I've never been able to do it... The day is just too short. And revenge bedtime procrastination is real. After a day full of work (job and home), because there are just too many things to do, a racing head as a consequence, does not get solved by planning a half hour me-time somewhere in between... The planning is usually the problem. My time blindness makes me forget to track the time, my scattered brain forgets to set the timer to remind me. And all of that planning just takes too much of my time, time I don't have in a day, which makes me even more stressed. 😱
My moving and eating are actually quite ok... Luckily I'm not struggling on all those departments.
