**To my fellow second-time-rounders 👋**
Kia ora team. Some of you know me, some don't yet. I'm Debz, coming to you from Hamilton, New Zealand, and this is my **second** time through the program.
Here's the thing about round two: I'm not here because round one "failed." I'm here because I finally understand this isn't a course you complete, it's an operating system you keep running. And this time I know myself a whole lot better.
Real talk on the 4am situation 🌙 Our live sessions land at 4am my time. So I've had to make a decision: my **sleep is a domino I protect**, not a thing I sacrifice to "be at thhe live sessions" - I'd love to but it just is counter productive to the BioRegulation (that was my biggest learning last time). I'll catch replays when my body has actually rested. If you're in a wild timezone too, hear me: you are not "behind" for choosing sleep. You're playing the long game, which is the whole point.
And a small win I want to model, because I reckon we grow by sharing the unglamorous stuff: tonight I was tempted to pour a wine after mowing the lawns. I didn't. I kept my word to myself. Then I cleared my bedroom floor and shifted ten things off the kitchen bench. Not glamorous. But that's three pieces of evidence in one evening that I'm becoming the person I'm building toward. 🧱
So if you're back for round two: welcome. Let's do this as our real, messy, hopeful selves. Consistency over perfection. Never miss twice.
Who else is a second-timer? Drop a 🔁 below and tell me what you are hoping to achieve "second time around" .
