Tips for taking store to next level

I’ve been home from Thailand around 4 weeks and have increased my listings from around 600 to 900 which is a lot. My store is getting around 200 visits a day but I am not seeing much of an increase in orders, it is very much the same if not worse than August and September. Any tips to start seeing some daily sales?
