Herbal Teas That Support The Bone Density
I’ve been putting the final touches on the Bone Health module in Thrive Again, and I’m currently working on the herbal tea section. There are a couple of lovely herbs I wanted to mention because they can be a useful little addition to your bone-health routine: - Nettle tea - naturally rich in minerals including calcium and magnesium, and is traditionally used as a nourishing mineral-rich tea. It is also a great one for your hair and nails. - Red clover - contains isoflavones that have been studied for their potential role in bone health, particularly around menopause. It is also an interesting herb to include during the menopausal years. And these are just two little pieces of the bigger picture. The Bone Health module is going to look at how you can support your bone density through food, what foods and lifestyle factors may work against it, and what else your bones need beyond simply taking calcium and doing strength training. I think this is an area where there is still a lot of missing information. Many women don't realise their bone density has been declining until they have their first scare or it comes up at a medical appointment. But there is actually a lot we can do to support our bones, particularly from our 40s onwards. I'm excited to get this one finished and into Thrive Again. Have you tried nettle or red clover before? I know in some countries, like Estonia, they even make salads with nettle in it.....

NEW MODULE COMING - Bone Health
You need to tell me what you want to learn. This will be for you if: - You have already been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia - Your bone density scan has declined - You have a strong family history of brittle bones or weak teeth - You are aware that with hormonal changes, our bone density naturally declines, so you want to make sure your bones are as strong as possible before you hit menopause, so you get a bit of a head start - You have had a fracture and want to support quicker healing - You are worried about whether you are getting enough calcium and minerals through food (this is also very relevant for all the women who are following a dairy-free diet) - You are curious to know what else you can do besides strength training and calcium supplements to help your bones become stronger I have started with videos, handouts and quick references. You will hear what I think about dairy, why the modern foods and lifestyle are working against us, what foods are rich in calcium, what other nutrients are needed and much more. Now is your chance to let me know what questions you need me to answer, what aspects you need to know, what would make your life easier, and what will make you feel equipped and in control of your health. I am one big ear.

Liver Health Module is Live. I break this down in a way you haven't heard before.
Most women think about their heart, their hormones, their gut. The liver rarely comes up unless something has already gone wrong or a doctor has called them. And yet your liver is quietly running the show every single day. Processing your hormones, managing your cholesterol, handling your weight, filtering everything that shouldn't be there, keeping your energy, skin, mood and digestion functioning the way they should. After 40 though, things shift. The liver that sailed through your thirties may now be quietly struggling in ways you haven't connected yet. Believe me when I say this, a struggling liver shows up as: - Brain fog that wasn't there a few years ago - Tiredness that sleep doesn't fix - Headaches and migraines that come from nowhere - Feeling more emotional or reactive than usual - Digestion that's just a bit off - Weight around the middle that won't budge - Skin that's lost its glow - Waking between 1am and 3am for no obvious reason Often there is a very specific reason behind these things and the liver is right at the centre of it. This module is for you if you are dealing with: - Elevated cholesterol or fatty liver - Hormonal imbalances or blood sugar issues - Digestive sluggishness or unexplained weight gain - Skin conditions or chronic fatigue nobody has properly explained And equally for you if none of those apply but you simply want to support yourself in the best possible way. A well supported liver means better energy, clearer thinking, more stable hormones, easier weight management and a body that genuinely feels good to live in. My goal is simple. Help you understand what is actually going on in your body, in plain language, so things start making sense and you don't feel lost anymore. LIVER HEALTH module works however you need it to. 1. Start with the simple one page plan and that is honestly enough. 2. When you are ready, explore the foods, spices and teas that support your liver most. Watch videos or print out the guides, all yours to dive into at your own pace. 3. And if you like to geek out a bit more, there is optional deeper reading on specific topics like cholesterol, hormones, blood pressure, lifestyle and more.

Liver Health module updates
Just a quick update. At the moment I am creating the section called "LIVER and WEIGHT LOSS". I will tell you about: - how I approach weight loss, and I turn it into a full body upgrade hahaaa - what we want to lose and what we don't want to lose - my take on calories - what are the organs that need support so the body can release what it doesn't need - why is it more difficult to lose weight after 40, what is the nature doing And now, it is your time to tell me what else you need to know about weight loss and liver? I am super open. Leave a comment or send me a message So far I have written, recorded and put together quite a few pages for the LIVER HEALTH MODULE. We have got: - the basics about the liver and how it creates a healthy body for you. Very easy and relatable way to understand why all this is relevant other than you - what foods, spices, herbs and teas are supporting the liver + recipes to choose form if you need any inspo - link between liver and emotions - alcohol and liver health, recipes for moctails yummmm I am very excited how it is all coming together because focusing on liver will give you such a boost in your health - energy, digestion, moods, sleep, cholesterol, blood sugars, hormonal balance, skin etc etc etc
