First frame sale turned in to my first review! Couldn’t be happier and great to know everything goes smoothly at the customers end 😊😊

My first order from the US this morning, made my morning coffee extra delightful 😁 I've managed to upload around 30 listings since opening the shop (wish it could be more but had other commitments this month). I've only had around 18 views overall, so was thinking this may take a while. Super happy with the progress and hoping it will only go upwards from here! One question though - once we have placed our order through PrintShrimp, do we mark it as complete or notify the customer in any kind of way? Or do we wait for the tracking order and then complete the order? A little confused on the order fulfilment process once it has been placed in PS.

Honestly, I got a little excited when I saw it, haha. I knew it was inevitable that I’d receive 1-star reviews at some point, and I’ve actually been waiting for the day it happened. It finally happened today 😂 It was because the print arrived damaged, and I’m already arranging a replacement for the customer, so there’s a chance they may change the review. But for now, I’ve officially got my first 1-star review!

1 month in and 4 unframed sales and the first framed sale has come through! So exciting even if slightly sickening to stump up the cost 😂 hopefully it’s up and up from here
